William Paul Nolan holds legal degrees from New York Law School, where he served on Law Review and from New York University School of Law, where he received a Master of Laws degree. He practiced law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore; as Executive Vice President - Legal for the ALMI Group and RKO Century Warner Theaters Inc.; as Litigation Counsel for CBS, Inc. and as a partner in Ferrer & Nolan.
He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of America, the Plaintiff's Investors Arbitration Bar Association, the Bar Association of the City of New York and the American Bar Association.
